This weekend we say goodbye to the old Barn
As we approach the final weekend of games and practices at our beloved old Arena at 425 River Road West, Wasaga Beach, it's impossible not to reflect on the countless memories and cherished moments this place has provided us as the Wasaga Stars. 

This arena has been more than just a venue; it's been the heartbeat of our hockey community, echoing with the cheers of victories and the camaraderie that defines us as a hockey association

As of January 29th, we'll be bidding farewell to this historic barn, ready to embrace a new chapter in our journey at the state-of-the-art recreation complex located at 544 River Road West. The anticipation of a twin pad arena and library awaits us, promising an exciting future. While we look forward to the modern amenities our new home offers, we'll forever hold dear the legacy and spirit of our old Arena. Here's to the memories, the victories, and the bonds formed within these walls. Thank you, Wasaga Stars Arena, for being our home for so many incredible moments.

Mark your Calendars for a momentous occasion on Jan 28th at 425 River Road West, as we gather for our last game at our cherished old arena. at 2:20 pm our last OMHA game will be played by our U15reps as they take on the Collingwood Jr Blues. Following that our U7s will have an exhibition game with the Essa Essa Eagles. 

Its a chance to relish in the memories, celebrate victories, and bid farewell to the old barn that has been the heartbeat of our hockey community. Join us at 2:20pm for our last Hurrah, and lets collectively cheer on the teams, as we say goodbye to a place that holds a lifetime of stories and camaraderie. This is an event not to be missed as we honor the legacy of our old arena.
