The shorthanded Wasaga Stars had several forwards and defencemen missing when they faced the Coldwater Wildcats for the second time this season. Defenceman Chyna Stott had a valiant effort playing half of the game despite feeling under the weather. Defenceman Isabella Blackstock earned Player of the Game honours for her strong defensive play logging big minutes and long shifts for the depleted defence core. Goalie Mateo Saucedo-Willems had another strong outing, including a great kick-save to keep the game within reach.
