Wasaga Stars Tyke 3 Win on Home Ice
The Stars played the Penetang Flames #1 on Saturday afternoon with a short bench and came up with a huge win.
The Stars battled hard throughout the game playing fantastic at both ends of the ice. Jackson Rolling stone walled the Flames making huge saves in goal while the defensive trio of Miller Black, Serenity Ferrari and Emma Pomeroy made sure to clear the rebounds get the puck out of their end. Miller Black was awarded the hard hat for the game for his extra effort on the back check and break outs from his end.
The offensive duo of Avery McNamara and Cruz Doner continue to put points on the board for the Stars this season with helpers coming from their line mates Christian Markic, Andrew Dore and Cohen Rutte.
Despite having a short bench the Stars dug deep and played a lot of minutes. Everyone worked really hard for this big win. Great job Stars.
