Home Opener
The Wasaga Stars Tyke II hosted the Shelburne Wolves on Jan
2nd for their first home game and what a home opener it was. They loured
the Shelburne Wolves out of their den and were victorious in getting their
first home win of the season extending their wining streak to 4 games.
The Stars gave the home town crowd a game to be excited
about. The offence struck early and continued through the entire game with
contributions from the entire team. The defence was stellar allowing only one
goal against. It was an all around great team effort.
They will be entering the eye of the storm when they visit
the Stayner Cyclones today.
