UPDATE FROM WBMH PRESIDENT
Important Information

Hello WBMH families,

As you are well aware by now, our short stay in the red zone has been changed to a lockdown once again. Over the past two months the executive has been preparing for our next session and we were set to begin on March 1st. A lot of time and effort was put forward to get kids registered and set up a program that meets government and OHF requirements.

With the announcement of this latest lockdown, with no clear date set for reopening , it is impossible to predict when WBMH will be able to get back on the ice. It is an unfortunate situation for everyone involved. WBMH is left with no choice but to cancel all programing for the remainder of the 2020-2021 season.

We would like to thank all our volunteers, sponsors and executive members that have worked tirelessly to put together a program this season for our kids. It was far from perfect but given the limitations and restrictions we had to work with, we had an overwhelmingly positive response from our membership. Our players were among the first to get on the ice and the first to play in a house league program.  Other centers have looked to our executive for guidance on implementing their own programs and it's something that our membership should be proud of. We thank all the parents for being patient and understanding during this unprecedented time and we hope that we never have to endure an other season like this ever again.

As per refunds, we can only refund by cheque due to our banking arrangements.

All cheques can be picked up Thursday March 4th til Saturday March 6th between the times of 10am til 5pm. Location 133-33rd street North, Wasaga Beach at Imagine Jewellery & Gifts. Chip players will receive a prorated refund amount.

Please keep an eye on your email and social media feeds as well as WBMH website for updates as they become available. The executive has been working with the town of Wasaga Beach to facilitate a virtual AGM on April 25th. There are technical issues that need to be addressed in order to meet voting requirements that follow WBMH bylaws. Further details will be release when these are resolved.

Thank you once again for your continued support. We look forward to seeing you at the AGM.
