Wasaga Beach Minor Hockey is dedicated to improving our performance and taking our hockey skills to the next level. With this in mind, we are interested in organizing a series of training sessions focused on the following aspects of hockey:

- Skating Techniques: Covering proper stride mechanics, edge work, agility, and speed training.
- Stickhandling: Improving puck control, hand-eye coordination, and developing effective deking and dangles.
- Shooting: Enhancing accuracy, power, and various shooting techniques (wrist shot, slap shot, snap shot, etc.).
- Defensive Skills: Teaching effective positioning, body checking techniques, and defensive strategies.
- Goalkeeping: Specialized training for goaltenders, including positioning, reflexes, and save techniques.
