He's the first to celebrate every small victory, always encouraging players to push their limits and never back down. His voice rings out over the rink, offering words of encouragement and high-fives for every effort. He believes in his teams potential and makes sure they know it, creating a culture where positivity, hard work, and belief in each other reign supreme.
