Parents: Use this form to let the association know about your availability to perform volunteer duty during the Midget Local League tournament on December 30th. Note that being available does not commit you to anything. After submitting the form, you will be contacted by the Parent Rep Liaison who will propose you specific shifts for you to consider and commit to.
Volunteer Identification
Answer these questions as accurately as possible. Only the information in this form will be used to contact you with regards to your volunteer application. Your application will be rejected if the association cannot reach you.

Player Identification
The following questions are required to identify the family to whom the bond hours will be credited and to prioritize the applications received.

  2. Indicate the number of hours that you are willing to volunteer this weekend (min 1, max 14).
Time Box Shifts
Specify your availability to perform time box duties during the weekend. You will be contacted by the Parent Rep Liaison with proposed shifts that fall within the periods that you specified.

Kitchen Shifts
Indicate all shifts that you are wiling to volunteer for in the kitchen. Depending on the number of applications received, you may only be required for a portion of the shifts that you volunteered for. However, you must be prepared to perform all the shifts that you volunteered for.

    • Kitchen and/or time box shifts must be completed (i.e. sign-in and sign-out) in order to receive bond hour credits. Failure to sign-in or sign-out may result in the bond hours not being credited.
    • Bond hours will be credited based on the actual number of hours worked, at the discretion of the WBMHA Executive Committee member who is convening the tournament.
    • Bond hours are non-transferable after they have been signed up and completed.
    • Bond hours may not be performed by a minor under the age of 16.
    • The Association's Parent Rep Liaison will develop the shift schedule based on the volunteer applications received and will contact those who have been scheduled directly using the contact information found in this form only.
    • Priority will be given to those parents volunteering for bond hours who have players in the division of the tournament.
    • Time box volunteers must be familiar and competent with the operation of the clock and the filling of the game sheet. Complaints received by game officials will be adjudicated by the Executive Committee member convening the tournament and may result in bond hours not being credited.
    • Volunteers must report at least 15 minutes prior to their shift. Failure to do so may result in the re-assignment of their shift. Volunteers who fail to report for their assigned shift will forfeit the bond hours and may be penalized with additional bond hours at the discretion of the Executive Committee member convening the tournament.
