Those wishing to attend must read and follow the below instructions carefully:

 

 

  1. Nominate Executive members. Have an energetic, positive, team-oriented individual in mind who is willing to volunteer their time to provide a safe, healthy and happy hockey environment for our kids? Use the Executive Member Nomination Form to nominate them.
  2. New Proposed By Law. All members should have now received a copy of the new Proposed By Law. If you have not received a copy reach out to [email protected]
  3. Nomination FormsThere are 2 separate nomination forms. The first one is to nominate for positions under the New proposed By-Law, the second is to nominate for positions under the current By-Law. Nomination acceptance will be dependent on the By-law WBMHA will be governed by for next season.

Nominations for positions within the Executive Board can be made under both the current bylaw nomination form and the proposed bylaw nomination form. However, it is crucial to thoroughly review the requirements and job descriptions outlined in each nomination form to ensure eligibility and alignment with one's capabilities and interests. It's worth noting that nominations will still be accepted from the floor during the Annual General Meeting (AGM), providing additional opportunities for participation. With various avenues available for nominations and participation, individuals have ample opportunities to engage with the Executive Board and contribute to the organization's activities and decision-making processes.
