WASAGA BEACH U8 JAMBOREE

Welcome to the Wasaga Beach U8 Jamboree!

This year we are hosting a total of 12 teams, with each team playing three games. Participation sheets will be used for each game, however scores will not be kept as all of the players are winners!

Wasaga Beach U8 Jamboree Rules

This is an OMHA sanctioned event, permit # 17151. OMHA rules will be applicable. Teams will need a travel permit. Approved team travel permit and roster must be submitted to the Jamboree Director prior to your team participation.

All games will be played at The Wasaga Stars Arena on our Spectator Rink.

The games will be played on half-ice, with 2 modified ice games running simultaneously. Officials will be assigned for each game. Once the schedule is completed there will be no altering of scheduled games. Actual game times may need to fluctuate to ensure execution of our jamboree.

• A 4 oz. blue puck will be used for all games.
• No penalties or offsides or icing will be called.
• Face-offs will only happen at the start of the game and start of each period.
• There will be 2 -20 minute periods.

Lines will consist of 5 vs 5, using a 2 minute buzzer for changing of players.

Upon completion of each team’s last game, your team will be presented with medals for each player participating and we will have a photographer to take a team picture.
