Important updates from the WBMHA Executive
As the 2021-22 season has come to a successful conclusion, the Executive feel that all our teams finished the season on a strong and positive note. This success is greatly due the countless hours our volunteers gave to us throughout the year. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding throughout the year as we continued the season during the pandemic.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Our AGM will occur mid to end of May this year. Please follow our website and Facebook page for further details.

Coach evaluations

We encourage all families to compete the Coach Evaluation Form by Sunday, May 8. The form can be found on our website under the Team Officials > Coaches tab.

Jerseys available for purchase
We’re excited to share that we have purchased new jerseys for the 2022-23 season. With that, each player can purchase their jerseys from this year at a cost of $20 (this includes both home and away jerseys). Please contact your coach or team manager for more information.

OHF vaccination policy lifted
Please be advised that the OHF has removed its COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for the 2022-23 hockey season.

Year-end banquet update
We will not be having a year-end association banquet this season. Each team will be responsible for organizing their own gathering or method to hand out awards.

Thank you for your attention to these important matters. Please continue to follow our website and Facebook page for updates.

Caithkin Treatment Foster Homes
Caithkin’s foster families are organized in a manner that melds structure and stability with the flexibility required to meet the needs of each individual family. A clinical worker is assigned to each family to support the foster parents and we provide 24/7 support to foster parents. Well supported foster families provide the right kind of environment so the child can develop in a healthy and positive manner that is grounded in normalcy and with a sense of belonging. Caithkin's expertise and experience with special needs children allows us to 'know' where these children will 'fit' best within a particular family. At Caithkin, we also believe that sharing experiences with others who are dealing with similar challenges and opportunities is healthy for everyone concerned.
