Registration for our 2025-2026 season is Coming Soon!
Due to the Ontario Hockey Federation's new open borders policy, this season's registration process will look a bit different.
With the OHF lifting the residency restriction for representative play, Hockey Canada has updated their registration platform (HCR - Spordle) to accommodate this change. There will be four registration options this season.
Spring Tryout Registration: Register Here
The registration link for Spring evaluations and tryouts for U8MD, U9MD, and U11B - U18B will open on April 1st and remain open until May 15th.
Cost: The cost of tryouts is $100, due at the time of registration, and guarantees each player 3 skates.
Please note: We kindly ask that you only register for tryouts if you have a genuine intention of playing rep. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Registration for the Rep/MD Season:
- Private Registration Link: If your player is offered a spot on one of these teams after tryouts, you'll receive a private registration link from the Coach.
- Registration as Acceptance: Completing the registration process means you are accepting the offer to join the team.
- Once You Accept an Offer: After you accept a team offer, OMHA will not permit you to accept an offer from another team for the same season. Exception for U18 Players: The only exception to this rule is for U18 players who are accepting an offer from a Junior team. These players are allowed to accept an offer from a Junior team even after accepting an offer from a U18 team.
- Do Not Share the Link: The registration link is for your use only, so it should not be shared with others.
- Sibling Registrations: The registration link is not to be used for registering siblings. Each player must have their own link. If you need to register your children separately the sibling discount will be reimbursed later.
- Local league and Rep Team: If you plan on accepting a spot on a Rep team, do not register for Local league. If you mistakenly do so, the registration will be removed.
Local League Season Registration: Register Here
- Public Registration Link: Starting April 1st, the registration link for Local league will be posted here.
- Registration Period: Registration will stay open until spaces fill up or until October 1st, whichever comes first.
- Late Fees: Prices go up August 16th. A $50 late fee will apply to all registrations except U5
- Availability: Make sure to register as soon as possible, as spaces may fill up quickly.
Registration process for Bench Staff:
- Mandatory Registration: All members of the Bench Staff (coaches, assistant coaches, trainers, etc.) will need to complete the registration process, just like the players. A link will be posted here.
- No Cost: There is no fee for Bench Staff to register.
It's important to follow these guidelines to avoid any issues with team placement or registration status. If you have further questions or need clarification, please reach out to our Registrar, Katie Duncan.

New Players
All new registrants in the Hockey Canada Spordle System must create a new account. Please upload a picture of your player’s birth certificate and proof of residency during registration.
The Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) requires that one parent per family complete the online "Respect In Sport – Parent Program" in order for their child to be rostered to a WBMHA team. Please see the link below for instructions. If you have previously completed the course, you do not need to retake it. If you are registering a child for the first time and have already completed the course, you will need to add your child to your profile. This requirement also applies to any team official who has completed a previous Respect In Sport program.
Click HERE for more information about the Respect In Sport Program.
Payment Method
WBMHA will only accept credit card and e-transfer payments. E-transfers can be sent to [email protected] with the password "hockey2025." Please note that e-transfer payments must be made in full at the time of registration; installment payments are not allowed.
For families paying by credit card, there are two options:
- Pay the full amount at the time of registration, or
- Pay in three equal installments:
- 34% due at registration
- 50% of the remaining balance due by July 15th
- The remaining balance due by August 15th.
Bond Hours
Bond hours this season are set at 15. A $400 bond cheque, dated January 1st, 2026 is due in September. Families who would prefer not to complete bond hours, will have the option to buyout during the online registration process. Bond hour opportunities will be posted in the fall.
