Despite controlling a large portion of the play and repeatedly keeping the Thunder pinned in their own zone for minutes on end, the Stars failed to score and dropped a frustrating 2-0 decision. Wasaga peppered the Oro net with shots - including several thunderous slapshots from Dalton Risk - but couldn't light the lamp. Devon Jessup and Braedyn Gallant stood tall on the blueline, while winger Hudson Alward's agressive forechecking produced several excellent scoring opportunities. Overall, a tough pill to swallow for a hard-working team that deserved a win.
