Novice LL, 2015-2016 (Wasaga Beach Minor Hockey)

The Coldwater Wildcats played a great game with a high-octane offence.  The Wasaga Stars fought back with one of their best offensive performances of the season, with multiple players chipping in and excellent passing plays.  Mateo Saucedo-Willems scored two goals, and defenceman Damien Dent scored his first of the season.  Damien Dent, Isabella Gendron, and Emma Pomeroy recorded assists in the game.

The Penetang Flames jumped out to an early lead, but the Stars played very well and held the Flames without a goal in the final half of the game.

The Wasaga Stars held their Home Tournament on January 31st, hosting the Schomberg Red Wings, the Nobleking Knights and the Elmvale Coyotes.

The team took part in their away tournament in Boswell, near Chatham, on January 16th and 17th, 2016
