Work Ethic, determination and leadership are a few characteristics James brings to the rink everyday. His drive to make himself and his team better has earned him the respect of his peers and coaches. A great leader posses a clear vision, is courageous, has integrity, honesty, humility and clear focus and we have found that in our team Captain James. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard. For a team to be successful, players on the team need to develop a strong work ethic and that starts with the leader. In the off season he will stay active playing Rugby and Basketball. His favorite part of being part of U13LL 1 is his teammates.
